wheelchair accessible vehicle

We are in need of a wheelchair-accessible vehicle. Our current vehicle is a 2004 and the ramp does not operate properly powered (my wife, also disabled, has to operate it manually and struggles greatly to do so)(we’ll donate our current one to someone to repair to sell or forward to someone else in need if/when we get a new (at least new to us) wheelchair accessible vehicle). It is difficult to get around to doctor visits, rehab sessions, or anyplace else…and relying on transport services is shoddy, at best. Thank you.
